For today’s 50 shades of lips challenge,I got to pick something really sexy and special and what better than Red to make my day ! So for this day, I have decide to pick the new liquid lipstick KEEP IT RED 035 BY MAYBELLINE. Let’s put it on and see how this red beauty glams me up !
KEEP IT RED 035 by MAYBELLINE SUPER STAY 24 COLOR is a two-step lip color where one side will give you the color and the other side is for the glossy balm finish. MAYBELLINE SUPER STAY 24 COLOR Claims that this lippy is with micro-flex technology which keeps your lips looking and feeling fresh all day long. This one claims to stay for 24 hours and survive through 200 bites, 120 sips and countless kisses! Doesn’t this sound too dreamy? Let’s get back to reality and the fact is I am totally drooling over this lippy. I first used the color side of the lipstick and allowed it to dry for two minutes. I got a really hot red with super matte finish though I found it to be bit drying for the lips and that’s when the other side of the lipstick comes into pictures. Apply the topcoat of the balm over the lipstick and you get a glossy, juicy hydrated red colored lips .
KEEP IT RED 035 by MAYBELLINE SUPER STAY 24 COLOR is a hottest red you ever wanted to wear. Color pigmentation is unbelievably true. It can be worn as matte lipcolor or even as a lipstick with glossy finish. Though I will suggest going for the top coat balm for keeping your lips moisturized and plump. You will have some real-time clown face while removing it. The packaging itself suggests using oil based makeup remover to make sure there is no color left.

It is priced at 600 INR which is a steal considering the qualities it possesses. The color side of the lippy has a wand applicator which allows absolute defined application of the liquid. The wand even allows you to fill in the color on the corners of your lips as well as drawing the perfect Cupid’s bow on your lips. The packaging looks really swanky and high quality, though I found it slightly confusing while opening the lipsticks as you might just open the liquid lipstick upside down.
All in all KEEP IT RED 035 by MAYBELLINE SUPER STAY 24 COLOR is a good buy for anyone and everyone who is a lover of Red. This is a shade for all skin tones and is bound to pump up for evening look.
