Last week was super awesome since I traveled all the way to Ramgarh, for a property review. Thankfully I didn’t go for this one alone, I was accompanied by my husband and my sister. Since this trip was planned out of the blue, I couldn’t carry anything but just the eyeliners.
I recently received newly launched Eyeliners by Colorbar and I thought that this is the best occasion to probably try these newly launched Colorbar eyeliners and review them for you.
So Colorbar has come up with three variants in Eyeliner category
Melted Crystal 24 Hours eyeliner
Infinite 24 hours eyeliner
All-Matte Eyeliner
Melted Crystal 24 hours eyeliner : This one is priced at 750 Rs for 2.5 ml and comes in four shades, crystal Black, crystal overloaded, crystal blue and crystal green. The one which I have is Crystal overloaded. The bottle is really tiny so it can be carried along in your smallest of clutch.
The first hand Experience
Pros :
- The Brush is easy to hold and the bristles of the liner brush has a flexible movement allowing you to draw as per your wish.
- Even though it says, Crystal Overloaded, it is perfect even for the day wear.
- It took no more than 10 seconds to dry up and it doesn’t smudge at all.
- I wore this liner for the entire day and it stayed intact.
Cons :
- Agreed that It is sweat proof and smudge proof, but makeup will be removed by the end of the day. Removing this liner was a tough nut to crack.
- Slightly expensive for the size of it.
- Wish it has transparent bottle, so I could see if it is about to get over .
Infinite 24 hours eyeliner : This one is priced at 700 Rs for 2.5ml and offers 4 different shades, Infinite Black, Infinite Brown, Infinite Blue and Infinite Green. The one which I tried is Infinite Green. It’s a bright shiny green apt for evening wear and supposed to last 24 hours.
The first hand experience :
Pros :
- The brush is really sturdy and flexible, you can draw the most dramatic line with this one .
- Infinite 24 hours eyeliner has High shine lacquer finish.
- It is intensely pigmented glossy eyeliner which will make sure that your eyes never get a dull moment .
Cons :
- Contrary to what it claims, it is not smudge proof.
- I could see small lumps of the liquid on the eye liner brush as I applied it on my eyes.
- It is not waterproof.
The smudged Infinite 24 hour eyeliner
All-Matte Eyeliner : Priced at 700 Rs. For 2.5ml bottle. Like the other two, All-Matte Eyeliner come in four different shades, Matte black, Matte Brown, Matte Blue, Matte Green. As the name suggests, All matte Eyeliner is designed especially for the lovers of matte finish. The one which I have is Matte Brown. And here is what I found.
The first hand experience
Pros:
- The application is really convenient.
- It dries super soon .
- Really matte finish.
- Perfect color to be worn during day.
- Easy to remove.
Cons:
- The color which I used was Matte to the core but not brown for sure. After 5 minutes of application in looks grayish which means the color density is not that great .
- It lasts only 16 hours, No..in my case…It started wearing off after 7-8 hours actually.
The smudged All Matte Eyeliner

These latest additions to the eyeliner family are in the range of 700 rs and above and I definitely feel that the price is little on the higher size considering the bottle size is only 2.5ml. But at the same time, the one which has taken all my love and attention is Crystal Overload from Melted Crystal Range. This one is perfectly suited for day as well as evening and will make sure that you get your dose of compliments and therefore for the love of crystals, Melted crystal Eyeliner gets a thumbs up with 4 out 5.
Common’sass ki baat : Using baby oil for removing eye makeup is better that going for the chemical based eye makeup remover. Eyes are really sensitive, one should be very carefull while using eye products.
