Uses of Papaya, we never knew!
Since childhood there is one fruit that I have been eating almost every day. Earlier I was forced to eat it obviously because of endless benefits that Papaya has .Thankfully Now, I have developed the taste for it and after relishing (I guess)it over years it is my Wonder fruit. Yes, the only fruit which can be called Wonder Fruit is our very own,not so exotic and fancy,Papaya. Here I am introducing you to “The Papaya;You didn’t know”.
Papaya has so many benefits that its goodness actually inspired me to write this blog. Biologically talking, Papaya has Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Fibre, Magnesium, Potassium and so on, making it one of the most healthiest fruit. But right now, I will be jotting down those facts and uses of Papaya, that you never knew!
- Don’t just put it in your mouth, but on your Face too: There has not been a single time when I ate my papaya and threw the peel. Yes, rub the peel very lightly on face and neck. Massage the peel onto your face without putting any pressure, let it rest on your face for 10 minutes and then just wash it off with lukewarm water. The glow on your face will make you fall in love with me, LoL!!!
- Help your dark circle: Just apply mashed green papaya on the under eye and leave for 10 minutes. Then wash it off with water. Continue it for a week and notice the change.
- For Long tresses: Save some Papaya slices and blend it in the mixer and add some yogurt in it. Apply the mixture on your scalp and hair, leave it for 20 minutes and then wash it off…Look at you, Your OMG moment has come!
- Lose the corns: Rub slices of the wonder fruit on your feet corn and It will vanish soon.
- Hard skin, No more: Rub the mashed Papaya on the dark hard skin of your knees, elbows, ankles and wherever, do it for a week and your skin will be as soft as satin.
- So ladies, get up and grab the Papaya; You didn’t know. This wonder fruit is your one stop solution to naturally beautiful skin.
Common’Sass ki baat: You should always have fruits empty stomach so that it is close to the stomach lining which leads to better absorption of nutrients by the stomach and therefore, a healthier you!
